Flow with Mira Frequently asked questions

The Flow with Mira Membership is an ad-free video streaming subscription service. Focused on movement that will help you look and feel your absolute best by building balance, core strength, mobility, and flexibility. My teaching is based on globally trusted Pilates techniques to find new positive freedom and deep connections within your body and mind. The Membership caters to people of all levels - from beginner to fellow pilates professionals. Classes are crafted with careful guidance and supported by ideal pilates techniques.

It’s pretty much instant! Once you sign up you will revise a welcome email with your log-in details and all the links you need to get started immediately.

My workouts are designed for everyone who is new to movement and exercise to fellow pilates professionals. All programs are going at your own pace and I include modifications and masterclasses to refine your technique and progress your practice!

My YouTube channel is a raw introduction to Pilates and my work. I created each video to stand alone in a short format to suit YouTube’s requirements.

I have been teaching studio-based Pilates since 2006 in Melbourne (Australia), London (UK), Amsterdam (Netherlands), and Jakarta (Indonesia). I am on a continual journey of updating and expanding my pilates education and movement knowledge.

I have owned two successful Pilates studios - The Movement Practice in Amsterdam (sold 2015) and Aalaya Pilates in Jakarta, which I currently own and run.

• Monthly: You pay $25.00 month by month ($200 USD per year)
• Annually: You pay $239 in one yearly payment  ($19.91USD per month). By taking an annual membership you're saving you $61 per year, about a 30% discount.

Locked In Price: Your renewal price will stay the same for you as long as you're a member, even as the library grows and the public pricing increases. as you're a member, even as the library grows and the public pricing increases.

You get a 30% savings with the annual subscription! Both the monthly and annual subscriptions have access to exact same membership. The only difference is that the monthly is billed on a monthly basis and the annual is billed once per year.

Congratulations on your newest little Pilates student! Mira is certified in Prenatal, Postnatal, and Diastasis Recti Pilates and has a wealth of personal and professional knowledge to share. Sadly we have not had time to build out an entire library of videos to cover these subjects yet. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will announce the arrival of these products.

One of the reasons I created Flow with Mira Online Membership was that I was already at my maximum teaching hours. I physically could not teach any more hours and there was a waiting list building. It makes me a little sad that I can not always share my passion and directly help everyone in person. Still, there are a few options: 

1. Call the studio and I magically have a spot available. Yay!
2. You can book classes with one of my certified teachers, that I have personally trained 
3. You can join one of the online group classes that I run.

We never like to see anyone leave our community, but we understand, and you are welcome to cancel at any time.

PLEASE NOTE: By canceling your membership, you are abandoning your “locked-in” discounted price. If you choose to sign up again, your rate will be determined by the current membership prices.

MONTHLY: Once your monthly membership is canceled, you will not be billed for the next month. Your login will remain active and your account will be set to expire at the end of your payment period. Once expired, you will no longer have access to the Flow with Mira Membership and any associated features or resources.

ANNUAL: Once your annual membership is canceled, you will not be billed for the next annual renewal. Your login will remain active and your account will be set to expire at the end of your payment period. Once expired, you will no longer have access to the Flow with Mira Membership and any associated features or resources.

PLEASE NOTE: That deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, simply follow the steps mentioned below:

How to cancel your membership renewal when purchasing through our website:
i. Log in to your account.
ii. Click on the Avatar in the top right of the page.
iii. Select Settings from the dropdown.
iv. Click Billing Info in the top right of the page:

Click Manage Subscription in Paypal then:
v. Click Payments in the top menu.
vi. Select Manage automatic payments under the "Automatic payments" section.
vii. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel in the left sidebar.
viii. Click the Cancel button.
xi. Confirm wish to cancel and click Cancel Automatic Payments

At Flow with Mira, we prioritize your privacy and control over your personal data. If you decide that you'd like to delete your account and associated data from our system, we've made the process straightforward for you.

How to Request Account Deletion:

Submit your Request: Please email us at support@flowwithmira.com. Submit your deletion request from the email address you used to log into your membership. Emails from non member addresses will not be accepted. 

Please note that this will permanently delete and end access to any courses, live memberships, or membership data you have in the system. This can't be undone.

What Happens Next?

Data Deletion: We will delete your account and associated data from our systems within 5 working days. There will be no confirmation as ALL of your data, including your email, will be removed from the Flow with Mira system.
